Nutritionist (Early-Stage / Product Development Partner)

About the Role

As FitFuud’s first Nutritionist, you will be the key expert responsible for ensuring that every aspect of our food system and product logic is grounded in sound nutritional science. You will work closely with the founder to develop the frameworks, guidelines, and validation processes that power FitFuud’s personalized meal planning.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of nutrition and technology. You’ll help design the nutritional logic behind the AI system, guide the structure of user assessments, and review meal plans to ensure they meet real-world dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear nutritional frameworks and meal templates for various goals (e.g. weight management, muscle gain, balanced nutrition, medical considerations)

• Define nutrient profiles, constraints, and data inputs for the AI-based meal planning engine

• Review and validate AI-generated meal plans for nutritional accuracy and real-world feasibility

• Create and test scripts or questionnaires for initial customer consultations

• Support the creation of content explaining FitFuud’s nutrition logic to customers

• Stay current with nutrition science and ensure it is reflected in the product approach

Ideally, You Bring

• Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• Solid understanding of nutrition science, macronutrient balance, and dietary planning

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Interest in digital health, AI, and personalized nutrition

• Proactive, flexible mindset suitable for an early-stage startup environment

• Bonus: Experience with digital meal plan systems or consumer nutrition consulting
